From the start, everyone with LEI was never "pushy" or pressured me into signing a contract. We met with Diana who was very respectful of our time and answered all of our questions. The price she quoted was the best out of the other two companies we reviewed. LEI was very up front with the possibility of delays due to the ongoing supply chain issues but they kept me updated. At the time of install, again, they were very respectful of our schedule and did everything possible so we would not be inconvenienced. Danny and the installers did a great job and we had all windows and a sliding door installed in two days. After the install, we noticed two of the windows leaked. This is the point where LEI truly rose to the occasion. Danny came to the home on his day off and I pointed out the frame appeared to be cracked. He told me he was aware of the issue and had already submitted for a replacement not only for that window but for a second one as well. I was not even aware of a second issue. Apparently during shipping the frame cracked which was beyond their control. LEI could have easily ignored the problem or did a quick patch but they took ownership of the problem and had already taken the steps to resolve the issue. They even came out after they replaced the frames to ensure we were satisfied. I cannot stress enough how great LEI was from start to finish. The windows look great, the humidity in the home is greatly reduced and the air conditioner is not working as hard. I highly recommend considering LEI for your window needs.

I can't begin to tell you how amazing they are. LEI replaced all of the windows in our home and did an exceptional job! From the beginning to the end everything ran very smoothly and we are very happy with the finished product. Please allow me to try and save you some valuable time. Stop shopping around for your new windows and look no further than this company. They are a solid win. To use a metaphor, think of the Golden Buzzer on American Idol. This company earned my Five Stars and if I could give them more stars, I would. The whole experience, from start to finish, was exceptional for the following categories: a quality product at a reasonable price, a straightforward sales experience, a straightforward contract, genuine customer service, responsiveness to communication, quality craftmanship on installation, sound professionalism and integrity of the installation crew & project manager and a "no fuss" warranty service. I really appreciate the fact that this business uses their own in-house employees and they don't sub-contract. Everyone that you'll work with, from start to finish, is from LEI and they are each committed to delivering quality at every turn. I cannot put into words how pleased I am with LEI and the windows/doors that were installed. A couple weeks after install, they contacted me to tell me they wanted to come and replace a couple of screens and some other window component. I had no even noticed there was an issue. They did not have to advise me that the install was not up to their standards, but their dedication to providing a quality product speaks volumes about this company. I highly recommend them should you need new windows/siding doors.

In my business I am familiar with getting several quotes for products/services so of course we did for our home as well. From the moment Diana arrived she was so friendly. She impressed us with her extensive knowledge and visuals. She never rushed us, she explained everything, she showed us each room with different window options. She had photos to give of previous work and sample windows. She let us ask as many questions as we wanted until we were 100% comfortable. She gave us financing options and even told us of a refund from our utility company for upgrading once the job was complete. Each time I emailed her, my email was responded to quickly and if she did not have the answer to my question either Diana or Kirk got back to me within 24 hours with the answer. Once our job was started, we met Danny, Clayton and Chris. Danny is awesome and worked tirelessly with Chris's assistance to install our windows. Clayton even helped with the install one day. Every person, from start to finish was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We can wait to work with LEI again.

I wanted to wait a few months to see just how goo these windows are. Well let me say that they are as advertised! My electric bill has dropped by an average of $30 a month, the temperature between the wall and the window glass is less than 5 degrees, I can no longer hear my neighbors having a conversation in their yard, they are easy to open and close, and most of all I don't hear my neighbors little dog yapping! The windows came in on time nd were installed right away. One of the small windows was broke during install. The representative was at our house and told us the replacement window would be ordered at the end of the week. The window came in within two weeks and was installed. I have had nothing but great experiences working with LEI and highly recommend them to all.

Obviously spending money during this time is hard, but seeing the end product made it so easy. From start to finish, LEI made sure that I was provided all the info I needed and ensured my 3 panel slider would be lovely. Everyone who has seen it has stated that it makes this house look like a home. Clayton came by early on to take additional measurements and work with me on how to make the outside blend easier. We came to a final conclusion and when he put it all together, it looked as though it was always there. Thank you for the quality and workmanship of your team! Best company by far. We have dealt with companies in the past but LEI was top notch. Diana came out and went above and beyond explaining everything and she kept my kids entertained also. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even after she left she answered all of my many questions. They use awseome installers who made the experience painless.. In and out and out windows are amazing. Clayton was phenomenal as well. He stopped by during install to make sure things were going smooth, asked if I had any questions, answered them, and made sure I understood the rest of the process. He was in great spirits and had a great attitude for his work, which in these times was a mental boost. I would recommend them 10 times over.

This is an easy review to write. LEI is a Excellent Company! I met with a dozen sales reps over two weeks and it took me less than thirty seconds to choose LEI to supply and install four windows and two sliding glass doors when Diana completed her presentation. The design of their windows was clearly superior to all competitors and their price was reasonable. The windows and doors were manufactured in a timely manner and their installers were prompt and professional. The windows and doors are beautiful to look at and functional to operate and it's way cooler inside now. Really good job!

I had some beautiful windows installed from LEI. These were very affordable and excellent quality. Diane and Clayton were very easy to work with and strive for excellent customer service. We had a couple small issues during install and BOTH Diane and Clayton got on it asap to correct it! I would definitely recommend this company because they truly care about their product and are willing to stand behind it! These windows keep out so much noise and are so well insulated. We looked at a few others but these by far were of much better quality! Thanks for a great job!

LEI Came highly recommended from several people via word of mouth. Diana came out to show us the product, and we were so impressed, that we signed right then and there. From then on, the experience was amazing. We had all of our windows replaced. Twelve of them. Danny and Chris were great from the measuring phase to installation. Very professional, nice, and the windows are awesome! Clayton came out onsite to make sure everything was going well, and he too was so nice and professional! LEI offered better products & service by far with a much lower price! We had gone with P**** for the same type of sliders & less of a window product. No comparison! We had multiple issues with P**** who changed their warranty 3 years after the installation. We went with LEI in our new house. LEI sales was great & the installation team was awesome! Prompt, professional & clean with the removal & installation. They ran circles around the other guys! Wish we had used LEI before, I cannot say enough good things about their team. Enjoying my new windows, sliding glass doors and front door. I appreciated Diana's advice. I ended up getting more window replacements than planned -- not because Diana did anything but because I wanted her advice after getting her advice on the initial projects I had in mind. There were a couple of problems when the windows arrived, but Diana, along with Clayton and his guys worked hard to make sure everything was right, including fixing things I did not even notice. I just recently had my new windows installed by LEI. From the beginning Diana came out to our home and we were instantly going with her windows. Out of about 5 different companies she was the most up front honest and just over all the most trust worthy one to go with. So we signed with her that night and everything she said happened just like she said it would. There was nothing that came up the whole time till the end of the job. The installer were two really nice guys, and they worked there butts off in the extreme heat, but they were really friendly and helpful and the windows look amazing. Its only been a month and there is no issues. The windows look great, the sound is a lot quieter and the biggest thing is my A/C units are cooling the house a lot faster. Some times it was so hot out my A/C couldn't get the house to the desired tempurature , well that problem went away and in fact the house cools way quicker now. Just over all this company is great. I know windows are not cheap and a major family purchase for most. I'm a extremely upfront guy from NY and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting new windows.

I don't think 5 stars is enough for LEI Home Enhancements. I called last year to get only a quote for my windows and I totally fell in love with them. I had the pleasure to meet Mrs. Diana J****** who was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, caring and would put importance in fitting to your budget and your needs. LEI has made my window replacement a great experience. From the initial meeting with Diana about the product and cost, all the way to the installation of the windows by an independent installer Daro it has been a great project. There were a few minor imperfections in the windows and Clayton was very professional and quick to be involved in rectifying my concerns. The windows are a triple pane which makes the house seemingly sound proof. They have changed the feel and the look of the house. The functionality of the windows are awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Let me start at the beginning... from the very first meeting with Diana who provided information, demonstrations, advice and samples of the products LEI provides we could not be more happy. Her team who worked on our windows/sliders/entrance door replacement was incredible. I can't say enough good things about the attentive care Diana, Kirk, Daro (installer) and Clayton (manufacturer) took to ensure our experience with LEI was exceptional! The quality of the product is also phenomenal - from the locking mechanisms, the construction and the function in all aspects. I would recommend LEI to anyone/everyone. LEI Home Enhancements went above and beyond to get my window needs met. With Florida's hot season approaching and my electric bill rising drastically, Diana and her team worked quickly to install new windows into my home at a reasonable price for triple pane windows. The process was extremely seamless as well.
I initially called for an estimate and spoke with Diana, who I then met at my house a few days later. She presented me with gorgeous windows with outstanding quality. After agreeing to terms, a couple weeks went (for ordering purposes) by and the new windows were installed into my home. LEI Home Enhancement pulled the building permit and everything was by the book. During installation, the guys were friendly, worked hard to finish all windows by the end of day and cleaned up any mess (very little) they had made. After installation the city inspection took place and he was extremely impressed by the work that was completed because it was so well done.
I am beyond satisfied with the windows that were installed into my home. My home is no longer warm, due to the heat, and the A/C is not constantly running. Not only that, but the widows/screens themselves are of exceptional quality. I would definitely recommend LEI Home Enhancements to anyone searching for windows.
